Rarely do we witness a series that makes us question our place in the universe. For the millions of fans Star Trek: Discovery seems to do just that.
There is no doubt that the show makes its viewers think about issues of racial injustices, gender issues and reflects on the love we should have for those different than us, not just for those we claim to love that know us deepest. Star Trek: Discovery is a science fiction series created by Bryan Fuller and Alex Kurtzman for CBS All Access now Paramount+. Situated around a decade before the time of Captain Kirk and a century before the events of “Star Trek: Enterprise,” it is the story of “Star Trek: Discovery” based on the original “Star Trek” from the 1960s.”
U.S.S. Discovery explores new worlds and civilizations as the series unfolds. With a deeper exploration of familiar themes and a more in-depth exploration of an incident within the franchise’s universe that has been discussed but is never fully explored will continue. In its 5th season, it is hard to guess what exactly will be covered, but one thing is for sure: viewers will leave the television screen with a greater sense of wonder than before.
No Star Trek: Discovery Season 5 release date has been announced in April of 2022, but based on previous seasons, we can assume it’ll release sometime in October or November.
